Vivo Y200 Pro 5G Design, Specifications Tipped via Google Play Console Listing, May Run on Snapdragon 695 SoC

Vivo introduced the Vivo Y200 in India in October of last year, and as assured, the company revealed the Vivo Y200e last month. Presently, anticipation surrounds the imminent arrival of the Vivo Y200 Pro 5G as the next addition to the Y200 series. Although the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has not yet confirmed the existence of the Pro model, reports suggest its presence on the Google Play Console with the model number V2303, alongside an official-looking image. Anticipated to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC and paired with 8GB of RAM, speculation hints at the possibility of the Vivo Y200 Pro 5G being a rebranded version of the Vivo V29e.

The listing of the Vivo Y200 Pro 5G on the Google Play Console website was discovered by MySmartPrice. Screenshots shared by the publication reveal the model number V2303, indicating 8GB of RAM and the Android 14 operating system on the forthcoming device. The listing also suggests a Qualcomm chipset with the codename SM6375, featuring an Adreno 619 GPU. The octa-core chipset appears to comprise two cores clocked at 2.0GHz and additional cores capped at 1.8GHz, aligning with the characteristics of the Snapdragon 695 SoC. Furthermore, the listing highlights a full-HD+ display boasting a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels and a pixel density of 440ppi on the device.

The Google Play Console listing also allegedly features an authentic image portraying the phone's curved display and centrally positioned hole-punch design. The device is depicted in a blue hue, showcasing dual rear cameras.

The design and specifications of the Vivo Y200 Pro 5G bear many similarities to the Vivo V29e, which debuted in August of last year in India.

Released in October 2023, the Vivo Y200 comes with a starting price of Rs. 21,999 for the base model featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Meanwhile, the Vivo Y200e 5G starts at Rs. 19,999 for the variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Notably, the Vivo Y200 is equipped with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC, whereas the Y200e is powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC.
